Organize, Personalize, Integrate: What’s New in Snov.io

With the first quarter behind us, it’s the perfect time to reflect on your workflow and results to fine-tune your approach and keep the momentum going into Q2.

In 2025, automation continues to be a cornerstone of email marketing and sales. This is the backbone of effective outreach, helping teams save time, stay organized, and deliver the right message at the right moment.

In fact, according to Litmus, the biggest priority for email marketers in 2025 is sending more automated and triggered campaigns.

So, this April, we’ve rolled out a few updates to help you make space for more streamlined outreach and scale your campaigns!

Campaign folders

As I mentioned above, emails are en vogue, and our clients send more and more email campaigns as well. That’s why we’ve added folders—to help you stay on top of your outreach with less clutter and more control.

Now, you can organize your campaigns based on channel type, industry, client, or any other structure that fits your workflow.

In addition, you can move campaigns between folders, rename, or delete them.

Conditions

The Trigger element in your email sequences is now called Condition. We’ve renamed it to capture its purpose better: creating tailored sequences that follow yes-no logic.

Here are the Condition types available in the sequence editor:

1. Opened email

Check whether a recipient has opened the previous email in your sequence at least once.

2. Clicked on the link

This condition checks if the recipient clicked any link in the previous email, excluding links in the email signature.

3. Contacted on LinkedIn

Сhecks if the prospect has accepted your LinkedIn connection request in the previous step.

You can create two separate flows in your sequence based on the request status for each prospect:

  • “Yes” flow for recipients who accepted your connection request (either from this campaign or earlier)
  • “No” flow for recipients who still have it pending.

Snov.io will monitor the request status for up to 7 days, so you don’t miss any interested leads!

4. Booked meeting via Calendly

This condition checks if a prospect booked a meeting with you through a link included in your earlier emails or messages. You need a Calendly integration for this one.

💡 Tip from Snov.io experts:

The “Contacted on LinkedIn” condition can be very helpful for sending effective follow-ups.

For example, you can add this condition after the “Send connection request” step in your email sequence and split it into two flows:

  • “Yes” for recipients who accept your request. Schedule personalized follow-ups with LinkedIn messages.
  • “No” for recipients who don’t accept your connection request. Add email as a backup contact method. Your prospect might still check their inbox even if they missed your connection request.

Microsoft Outlook’s new email sender rules

As of May 5th, Microsoft Outlook started rejecting messages that don’t correspond to the required authentication requirements. The rejected messages will be marked as “550; 5.7.515 Access denied, sending domain [SendingDomain] does not meet the required authentication level.”

I have prepared a detailed guide to help you stay compliant with the new sending policies, including how you can easily implement the needed changes with the help of Snov.io.

In short, you have to set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records and ensure your email deliverability is on point (this is where our Deliverability Check comes into play!).

And this is it for now.

Thank you for your support, Snovians! We truly appreciate it.

See you next month!
